Organizing, Leadership, and Management of ALSA (OLMA) is an annual local chapter activity that aims to recruit new members of ALSA Indonesia which is held in each Local Chapter. OLMA is an activity that aims to introduce ALSA in more depth to the participants and provide useful basic skills as well as being a means for the participants to get to know each other. In this activity, the materials presented include ALSA Knowledge, namely the history and structure of ALSA Local Chapter, ALSA Indonesia, and ALSA International, Organizing Skills, Leadership Skills, Self-Management, Alumni Sharing, and Congregation Procedures.
